1. Agreement
By using this website or booking a call with Elite Web Group, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our services
We design custom websites for small businesses at a flat fee, and offer optional ongoing hosting and updates. Specific deliverables, timelines, and revisions are agreed in writing on a per-project basis before work begins.
3. Payment
Project fees and any monthly hosting fees are billed as agreed in your proposal. Late or unpaid invoices may result in services being paused.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of any content, images, or information you provide and for having the rights to use them. Don't send us anything you don't have permission to use.
5. Bookings
A booking is a request for a free strategy call — not a contract for services. We'll confirm by email with the date, time, and meeting code. Either party may reschedule with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website's design and content. We retain rights to any underlying tools, code libraries, and showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Limitation of liability
We do our best to deliver great work, but we provide our services "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our services.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
